My name is Guro and I work as a food and beverage consultant for small and large companies, mainly in Norway. I help companies with their products and concepts in addition to marketing and strategy matters. My professional strength is the combination of practical and theoretical knowledge, which I have acquired through education and professional experience. I have over 10 years of experience from the food and beverage business, and I work with a broad approach to the field.

 

I have a unique formal background with my PhD in Molecular Gastronomy/Food Chemistry and a MSc in Organic Chemistry. I am also trained as a sommelier and hold a Diploma from Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET). I am based in Sandnes, Norway, but work for clients all over Norway and internationally.
